Shrewsbury Town FC have released a fan guide for their away fixture at Tranmere Rovers, with details on ticket prices, travel, parking and ground facilities.

Ticket Prices

Advance ticket prices are: Adults £23, Seniors (65+) £18, Young Person (18-22) £16, Junior (14-17) £9, Family Junior U14 £9, Under-12 £5, and Disabled Supporter plus Personal Assistant £16.

Matchday prices are higher: Adults £25, Seniors (65+) £20, Young Person (18-22) £18, Junior (14-17) £11, Family Junior U14 £11, Under-12 £7, and Disabled Supporter plus Personal Assistant £18.

Parking

For supporters travelling by car, parking is available at the Mersey Clipper pub on a pay and display basis. Blue badge holders can park within the residents parking zone. Street parking is available within a 10 minute walk of Prenton Park.

Train Travel

From Liverpool Lime Street, supporters should head for the Wirral Line lower level station and board a New Brighton or West Kirby train to Conway Park, or an Ellesmere Port or Chester train to Birkenhead Central or Rock Ferry.

From Chester, supporters should board a Liverpool train and get off at Rock Ferry or Birkenhead Central.

From Birkenhead Central, the walk to Prenton Park takes approximately 20 minutes. From Rock Ferry, it is a 15 minute walk: turn right outside the station onto Bedford Road, continue along Bedford Avenue and Bedford Drive until reaching a road junction shortly after Prenton High School, continue onto Mount Road and turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto Borough Road. The ground is five minutes on the left.

Ground Facilities

Salop fans will be housed in the Cowshed Stand on Prenton Road West. Cowsheds Catering offers a wide range of food and drink options including alcoholic drinks, hot and cold drinks, burgers, pies and different specials each game.

Multiple pubs are located around the ground, including the Birch Tree and the Prenton Park pub.

Tranmere offer stoma-friendly toilets, a quiet room for breastfeeding and prayer, and facilities for neurodiverse supporters. Supporters requiring the quiet room should ask a steward.

Team Information

Shrewsbury Town will line up in their amber away strip for the first time competitively, with goalkeepers sporting the new purple goalkeeper shirt. Audio commentary will be available through the club website via the match commentary service.
